4.3. Prices may be changed without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of ordering remains valid.

6.1. Delivery is available across Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
6.2. Delivery times depend on the region and selected courier. More information is available in the Delivery section.
6.3. The user is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1. You have the right to return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The product has not been used
• The original packaging and documents are intact

7.2. Returns are not accepted for certain categories of non-returnable goods, as defined by Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 172.
7.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless otherwise specified by a promotion or guarantee.
